The Uptown 17 Business Revitalization Zone ("BRZ") permits use of the Uptown 17 BRZ logo ("the logo") to be downloaded and used by businesses and organizations operating within the boundaries of the BRZ and holding a valid business license, but only upon completion of a request for form application and based on the following conditions:

1. The logo must only be used in connection with the general promotion of the user's business or activities and not, except with the written consent of the BRZ, to promote or sell any particular products, (i.e. only on signs, web pages, pamphlets, maps, etc.).
2. The logo must only be used by a business or organization if and for so long as the business or organization has a business license and is located within the boundaries of the Uptown 17 BRZ.
3. The logo must not be used in conjunction with any business or organization , or in conjunction with any material, that does not meet the BRZ moral standards as determined by the Uptown 17 Board of Directors or its appointed agents.
4. A logo user must cease all use of the logo immediately upon written notice by the BRZ
5. Only the logo provided by the BRZ, using the logo colors and fonts, must be used in all printed materials and web publications.
6. Users unable to print in designated logo colors will be provided with the official black and white version of the logo.
7. The Uptown 17 BRZ has the right to decline any requests for use of the logo.
8. Unauthorized use of the logo will result in legal action.

To obtain permission to use the logo, interested businesses or organizations must e-mail a formal request to info@uptown17.ca and in doing so agree with the Uptown 17 BRZ to the terms and conditions listed herein.
